The first step is to repair the roof and shortly after that start the excavation works for the big supporting wall of the rear wall of the house. The rear wall was almost collapsed and needed immediate action. Our team of skilled builders carefully made the foundations of the supporting walls and then built up the supporting walls. In order to prevent the water infiltration down to foundations of the side and front house walls we had to make pointing between the walls and old patio around the house.
All the furniture and household goods were taken out of the house.

The weather in February was good and Varaks construction company managed to build the foundations and ground level of this house. Building company Varaks have used brand new high quality shuttering which was oiled for better use, our workers fit the reinforcement bars and poured concrete and backfil with gravel. We also installed the water and sewage in the foundations.
The next step is to put water proof insulation and thermal insulation Fibran on the foundation walls.
