Sunny Park Villas complex is situated in the quiet holiday village of Rogachevo. The complex is only about 5 minutes drive away from the second largest beach resort on the Northern Black Sea coast - Albena and only about 30 km from Varna city.
Sunny Park Villas consists of 8 semi-detached holiday houses facing the sun and the endless fields of Rogachevo village. Each house consists of two or three bedrooms, living area with open plan kitchen and two shower-rooms.
The final touches Varaks added to this small-neighbourhood style complex were a large sunny garden, an outdoor swimming pool and small separate children pool. Barbecue was also built, as well as parking places on spot.
During the summer the complex looks really sunny, as its name is. The garden is in great shape, the pool is full and the season can begin.
In October all the works have finished - the houses are painted, the garage gate and the fence are mounted, BBQ area is ready and the furniture is delivered.
The outside granite tiles have been installed. On the site is concrete mixer for the foundations and shell of the swimming pool.
The works continue with the painting and wooden railings of the balconies. We poured the reinforced concrete for the garden construction. The steps from the upper level of the complex to the lower are ready. Building of the BBQ is on the go.
In January the houses are insulated and rendered. The perimeter wall is ready. Interior works continue with plaster and primer. Bathrooms are being tiled.
Construction works continue with insulation of the houses and monting of UPVC windows.
The roofs are under construction - two of the houses are already done.
We start with the roofing works - it's a lot of work for all the 8 houses.
In September the shell of the houses in the complex is almost finished. There will be 8 houses - 6 at the back of the plot and 2 in front.
In March 2004 we took the building of a complex in Rogachevo village in our hands. The construction began with works for the foundations and building of a solid wall behind the places where each house will be.
